Sun; Wet soil; this dainty blue iris inhabits coastal swamps and marshes but is tolerant of any regularly wet soil. Slender quarter inch leaves and miniature blue iris flowers occur in June-July. This Iris will spread quickly to form a sizable grassy patch on the side of a pond or in a wet ditch. Bonus: its salt tolerant! Grows 1-2' tall; Zone 3-8
