Glaucus sedge is a broad-leaf sedge (though it is finer textured than silver sedge) with blue-green foliage and a clumping habit. Preference is for full to part shade and rich, organic, woodsy soil. Yellow flowers April-May. Unknown ecotype. Zone 4-8.
