Round-headed Bushclover is a tall, upright, nitrogen-fixing perennial with silvery-green foliage and pinkish-white flowers. Preference is for full sun in well-drained nutrient poor soils such as sand and gravel. But is adaptable to any dry and well drained sunny garden. Grows 2-4 feet tall and blooms from July to September. Seed heads remain attractive through the winter and are heavily visited by birds for the seeds! A high-quality wildlife plant! Zone 4-8. VA ecotype.
