Cheerful yellow flowers to brighten a shady woods edge. This is a non-stoloniferous coreopsis that grows in moist to dry woodlands, edges, meadows and flood-plains. Only 1-3 feet tall with bright yellow flowers from June to August. Self seeds to form sparse colonies in wild places. Zone 6-9. WV ecotype. // Seed packet, about 50 seeds.
