Mountain Bluets are a small delicate wildflower of moist, south-Eastern Woodlands and Appalachian mountain meadows. Plants grow 6-10 inches tall and have light blue flowers from May-July. Preference is for part sun to full shade depending on the summer heat. In the South-East, full shade is advisable but in the mountains they can tolerate some sun. Zone 4-8. VA ecotype. // Seed packet, about 50 seeds. Germination requirements: 60 days cold, moist stratification.
