Roundleaf Ragwort is a short upland relative to the well-known Golden Ragwort (Packera aurea). The small rounded leaves hug the ground as it spreads fairly rapidly to form a groundcover in dry, rocky woodlands and woodland edges. Yellow flowers grow up to 10-16 inches tall in the spring from May-June. Preference is for part to full shade and dry rocky soil. Zone 3-8. Unknown ecotype.
